About Yvonne

Meet Yvonne Plummer, the owner behind Spring Water Bakery.

Yvonne is the owner of Spring Water Bakery, a wife, mom to Killian, and a homeschool parent who retired from teaching AP Biology in 2020 to spend more time with her family and her baking. She has been baking for more than 15 years and has focused deeply on it over the last 5 years.

Her background includes a Master's in Adolescent Education and a B.S. in Zoology, along with work at two AZA-certified zoos in upstate New York. In her spare time, she loves exploring everything Northern Florida has to offer.

Yvonne balances baking with homeschooling, family life, and a home-based cottage bakery.
